Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living at Arrive The location is perfect with lots of stores nearby as well as access to main highways. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and a lot of people spend time outside especially at the park across the street . There is a decent amount of families with children here, but also a lot of young adults with dogs. It s a clean and quiet area for the most part. Amenities are great and staff maintenance are super responsive. Other residents are friendly in the elevators have a good day etc. , but tend to keep to themselves for the most part.
The biggest issues are
-The water being shut off 1 day every other month due to a leak in the garage
-Getting your car out of the parking lot due to lots of snow or ice they do plow, but sometimes can t get out there before people leave for work
-Cars parking in the fire lane
-Barking dogs every once in a while
-Crying kids every once in a while

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, management is very understanding and helpful with concerns. The amenities are very nice. Location is great, close proximity to a ton of businesses and parks trails. One downside is that the parking lot fills up every night, so good luck finding a spot late at night.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Arrive Apartments in St. Louis Park. My husband and I moved in little over an year ago. The location is incredibly convenient close to shops, highways, and everything we need. My apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the maintenance team always responds quickly to requests.
A huge shoutout to the front office staff, Katie and Mercedes, who’ve been friendly and helpful since we moved in. They’ve answered all our questions and made the leasing process smooth. The amenities are a nice bonus, especially the gym and common areas, and I appreciate the secure parking and quiet, respectful neighbors.
Overall, it’s a great place to live. Highly recommend

My apartment is in pretty good condition considering it's not fully renovated, maintenance is always super quick to respond to requests and the location is great. The only gripes I have is having to pay extra for garage parking which was previously included with rent and the increases each year have seemed a bit steep considering there aren't any improvements to my actual living space. I'd really love to stay long-term, but rent increases could be a serious issue.
